Cambio Healthcare Systems AB is a Swedish software company developing and implementing administrative healthcare systems for the international market. Cambio now carries out a substantial part of their Research & Development in Sri Lanka.

The right partner

“We wanted to set up a dedicated Development Centre offshore and were looking for the right partner to work with” says Tomas Mora Morrison, Director and founder of Cambio Healthcare Systems. “What we found attractive about Creative Solutions was their proven ability to attract highly qualified engineers, and their low attrition rates which made us feel confident that they could build expertise on our products quickly and retain that knowledge over time.”

Selecting the team
Eventually Cambio had several teams working exclusively for them out of Creative Solutions offices in Sri Lanka. All the employees were  selected especially for this assignment in consultation with Cambio.
